Project Summary
The Problem
Districts needed digital AP-style exams but workflows were fragmented and outdated. Existing systems lacked realistic exam simulation, flexible scheduling, and modern scoring interfaces.
The Solution
I created the complete exam lifecycle design: scheduling, timed sections, monitoring, student simulation (mimicking real exam conditions), and reporting dashboards. I also redesigned Free Response Question (FRQ) scoring, modernizing an outdated system to make evaluation faster and more intuitive.

District administrators needed to administer full-length AP-style practice exams digitally — complete with timing, monitoring, and performance reporting.
